I have many good coaches (and colleagues) in the office who keeps inspiring and guiding me. The way they convey their hope to groom me (and all their subordinates) are very sincere and I just can't let any of them down. For that I must work smarter and climb this steep learning curve with perseverance and determination.
I want to be a strong secure base for them too!
